Thank you for your interest in becoming a medical volunteer with Medical Reserve Corps (MRC)!
To qualify as a volunteer with MRC, please complete the steps below:
- Click the "Sign Up" button (top right of the screen) and submit the required qualifications.
- Once your qualifications are reviewed and approved you will receive an email or an alert on the website.
- Please complete and verify your profile to qualify for this opportunity.
- Once you receive your “qualified” email, return to the website, click “Respond” once more and complete your county provided background check. This step will redirect you to a different website called Sterling Volunteers. Please follow the prompts to complete this step.
If your background check is accepted, you will become part of the MRC volunteer user group and required to complete the Volunteer Level Three (entry level) Training.
Please complete the qualifications listed below:
- Watch HIPAA video and sign the consent form
- Sign the MRC membership handbook
- Sign the non-employee IT-agreement
Once these are complete, you will be added to the level 4 “entry” Volunteer group and will be able to sign up for opportunities.
You are now ready to sign up and begin volunteering! We have many roles available to you as a medical volunteer within MRC. There are also additional trainings and qualifications you can attain while volunteering with us.
